Explore the beach and get creative

Join us in August as we make art outside inspired by the wonderful seaside environment of Porthmeor Beach and artists from our current exhibitions.

Suitable for ages 5-12. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Please meet at the gallery in the Loggia, our outside, covered circular space just before the main entrance.

Tate St Ives is located on Porthmeor Beach. There is a ramp up to the gallery entrance alongside stairs with a handrail.

There are lifts to all Levels of the gallery, or alternatively you can take the stairs.

  • Accessible and standard toilets are on Level 3, next to Gallery 6.
  • A Changing Places toilet is on Level 3, next to Gallery 1.
  • Ear defenders can be borrowed from the information desk.

All sessions will go ahead in light rain. In the event of very bad weather the event will be cancelled and refunded.

Pricing

£4.50

Ticket price for children. Accompanying adults are free with a ticket booked in advance.

Please note this ticket does not include gallery admission.
